The fee for handling the registration from start to finish is $3200 USD plus courier expenses.

This includes

liaising with the registry

procuring and preparing the necessary registry documents

following up with the relevant parties until the registration is complete

Due diligence

We always suggest incorporating in the state of Delaware. Where the owner of the vessel is a corporation

You must provide us with the following documentation:

Certified copy of Certificate of Incorporation

Scanned color and notarized copy of Passport and Drivers License for all directors and officers of the Delaware (or other) entity

Builders Certificate

Copy of Document Vessel Registration

Deletion of Registration

Original title or other form of Registration

If you prefer to own the vessel as a BVI Business Company in order to hold the vessel to facilitate registration, we can provide this service.

Time

Our Registry’s service is standard. Once all the required documents have been submitted and the fee paid, the certificate is issued immediately.
