This service is designed to accommodate your immediate needs to "only" process the application for the Federal ID Number. We are offering a
Limited Nominee Contract of Agreement. This contract will cease upon the issuance of the EIN Number from the IRS.
The cost for this service is $250.00. We will need a copy of your current passport and
a signed copy of the completed application (we will prepare) to the IRS
to apply for the EIN Number.
Q. As a foreigner or
International Citizen should I form a Corporation or an LLC?
A. If you are not a
citizen of the US and do not pay US taxes filed with the IRS
you need to evaluate the information as reviewed by our tax
accountant as to why, as a foreigner or International Citizen,
you should opt for a Corporation rather than an LLC.

Q. My name is not on the
Certificate of Incorporation or the Certificate of Formation. I
need proof for my country that I am the owner of the company and
a stockholder or member of the LLC. What are my options?
